5 DAYS DESERT ADVENTURE FROM MARRAKECH

DAY 1: MARRAKECH – KASBAH OF AIT BEN HADDOU – OUARZAZATE – DADES VALLEY:

On the first day, you will see Marrakech, the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate, and Dades Valley.
In the morning of the first day of a five-day journey that starts in Marrakech, you will be collected from the airport or your accommodation and taken to the desert, passing over the breathtaking Tizi-N-Tichka Pass and the High Atlas Mountains. Stopping to soak in the breathtaking vistas from a bird’s-eye view is an option along the way.

Our next stop will be at the world-famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. This walled city is currently on the UNESCO World Heritage List as a result of its designation as a World Heritage Site. Numerous films have used the Kasbah, including Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy, and many more.

Our next destination is to the Ouarzazate film studios, where many famous films were shot. After we finish lunch, we’ll go off to discover the Rose Valley, which will take us via Skoura and its expansive palm tree habitat. The night will be spent at Boumalne Dades, at last.

DAY 2 : DADES VALLEY – TOUDGHHA GORGES-  TINJDAD – MERZOUGA DESERT:

On the second day, you will go via Dades Valley, Touthagh Georges, Tinjdad, and Merzougha. DESERT: After breakfast, we’ll go on a tour of the Dades Valley. We’ll pull over so you can see the valley from above and the Dades gorges in all their glory. After that, we will continue to Todra Gorges. The mountains are carved by the Todra River, which forms a wide canyon flanked by massive red rocks.

There, you may enjoy a leisurely stroll while admiring the stunning scenery. Then we’ll pass through the palm-filled districts of Touroug and Tinjdad. Lunch will be an option on the way.

Finally, we’ve arrived at the Merzouga Dunes in Erg Chebbi! Once you’ve checked into your accommodations, we’ll enjoy a delightful dinner as traditional Berber music plays in the background. Guests may relax in unique and comfortable rooms while taking in the serene beauty of the desert at night at this hotel.

DAY 3: AN EXPLORATIVE JOURNEY OF THE DESERT – VISIT NOMADS – CAMEL TREKKING – OVERNIGHT DESERT CAMP

We head to Khamlia village after a delicious breakfast, where you may listen to traditional Gnawa music set to mesmerizing rhythms.Our route will then take a detour via the dunes on an unpaved road, where we will stop for tea with nomadic Berber families. As part of this immersive experience, you will get the opportunity to have a delicious Berber pizza lunch while learning about a different culture.

Prepare for a breathtaking camel ride into the heart of the dunes to witness the breathtaking sunset after a relaxing afternoon at the hotel.

After a refreshing mint tea reception at the camp, you may unwind in your individual tent with a toilet and shower while you watch the Sahara come alive at night. As you enjoy your dinner under the twinkling Saharan stars, the band playing music around the fire will set the mood.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA – ALNIF – NKOB – DRAA VALLEY – OUARZAZATE:

Do yourself a favor and rise early today to witness the breathtaking morning, when the dunes transform into a mesmerizing spectacle of light and shadow. Your camel ride will take you back to Merzouga, where you’ll meet your driver, before continuing on to Ouarzazate for breakfast.

Along the way, we’ll stop at Rissani’s lively traditional market. On market days (Sundays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays), the streets come alive with a kaleidoscope of smells, colors, and sounds. We continue on to Alnif, where we’ll spend the night before continuing on to Ouarzazate over the scenic route that follows the Draa valley.

DAYS 5: OUARZAZATE – PALM GROVES OF SKOURA – AMRIDIL KASBAH – HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKECH

Arrival in Marrakech on Day 5 after visiting Ouarzazate, Palm Groves of Skopea, Amridil Kasbah, High Atlas Mountains, and Marrakech
After breakfast at your lodging, we will be exploring Ourzazate city today. The Sahara Desert can be reached from this city, which is sometimes called the Hollywood of Africa. Discover the fascinating history of Moroccan cinema in Ouarzazate, home to the world-famous Atlas studio and the ancient Kasbah of Taourirt.

Finally, after further distance traveled, we arrive in the intriguing Ait Ben Haddou. Here, we see the magnificent medieval Kasbah, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Upon leaving this intriguing fortress, we will travel to bustling Marrakech via the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains, making a detour to see the intriguing Telouet Kasbah along route. We will then drop you off at your accommodation in Marrakech.
