ITINERARY OF 10 DAYS TOUR FROM CASABLANCA TO MARRAKECH

DAY 1: CASABLANCA – RABAT:

We will get you from your Casablanca hotel or the Mohammed V International Airport on the first day of your 10-day vacation to Morocco. We’ll drive you to the well-known Hassan II Mosque, a stunning example of Mediterranean architecture. After that, we go to Rabat, the Moroccan capital, where we see well-known locations including Hassan Tower and the Oudayas Kasbah. We will drop you off at your accommodation in Rabat at the end of the day.

DAY 2: RABAT – CHEFCHAOUEN:

Set off on an adventurous journey to Chefchaouen, a little hamlet tucked away in the breathtaking Rif Mountains of northern Morocco, after a hearty breakfast at your lodging. The four-hour trip from Rabat to Chefchaouen takes in an incredible scenery of rolling hills, quaint villages, and breathtaking views.

After checking into your Chefchaouen accommodation, you are free to explore the city’s attractions. Explore the town’s meandering lanes, painted in enticing blue hues that evoke a labyrinth. Discover the Medina’s winding alleyways, where each turn unveils a stunning view.

Admire the colorful ambiance of the busy souks, or marketplaces, which provide one-of-a-kind items and the artistic creations of local artisans. Alternatively, unwind at a small café or restaurant while indulging in authentic Moroccan cuisine that will tantalize your taste buds.

A day in Chefchaouen is certain to be chock-full of delicious food, intriguing cultural interactions, and stunning scenery. Don’t forget to bring your camera so you can take in the breathtaking scenery from every angle and make memories that will last a lifetime!

DAY 3: CHECHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FES:

After breakfast we’ll start our journey to Fes. Along the way, we will stop at the UNESCO-protected Roman ruins at Volubilis. This massive structure was once a bustling city in a remote region of the Roman Empire. It was built in the third century BCE and abandoned more than a millennium later.

We next go to Meknes, which served as Morocco’s capital city throughout the 17th century. Discover the charming medieval town enclosed by walls, which is the location of the renowned Bab el Mansour entrance. Admire the magnificent carvings and embellishments on the gate and pay homage to the illustrious Sultan Moulay Ismail at the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. After lunch, we’ll go to Fes and spend the evening in a gorgeous riad.

DAY 4: EXPLORE FES WITH A LOCAL GUIDE:

After breakfast at your riad, you’ll meet our local guide and take in the rich history and culture of Fes medinas by meandering through its narrow, winding streets.

The exploration excursion begins at the well-known Bab Boujeloud gate in Fes el Bali (789 ACE) and continues to Talâa Kebira’s major boulevard. Admire the architecture, which draws inspiration from Tunisia and Spain, as you stroll through stores and souks (markets) in search of souvenirs and presents.

Witness the ancient customs in operation in the eleventh-century Chouara Tannery. Before continuing to the “new city” of Fes el Jdid (13th century), take in the elaborate zellij tile work of the 14th-century Al Attarine Madrasa.

Enjoy wide views of the city from the Mellah, the cemetery, and the old Jewish neighborhood. Take some time to tour Ville Nouvelle and see the amazing architectural makeover.
We’ll conclude the day with some free time for you to spend independently exploring Fes before you go to your accommodation.

DAY 5: FES – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDDLE ATLAS MOUNTAINS – SAHARA DESERT:

We begin our trip by traveling to Ifrane, often referred to be Morocco’s Switzerland. Here, you may gaze at the town’s splendor and take breathtaking pictures. We next go to Azrou’s cedar grove, home to a few amusing monkeys.

After that, we went to Midelt for lunch. We go across the TIZI N TALGHAMT pass in the afternoon, which provides breath-taking views of the gorges and Ziz Valley. On our journey to Erg Chebbi Dunes, we pass through the dates and fossil-rich towns of Aoufous and Erfoud. You may visit a fossil craft class and learn more about this unique art form.

Finally, we arrive in Erg Chebbi’s Merzouga Dunes, where you will check into your accommodations and have a delicious dinner while listening to traditional Berber music. The hotel provides unique and comfortable accommodations that allow you to fully appreciate the serene beauty of a night in the desert.

DAY 6: AN EXPLORATIVE JOURNEY OF THE DESERT – VISIT NOMADS – CAMEL TREKKING – OVERNIGHT DESERT CAMP:

Following a delicious breakfast, we go to Khamlia village, where you may take in traditional Gnawa music played to enthralling rhythms. Then, veering off course, we’ll traverse the dunes on an unpaved route and stop to drink tea with nomads who live in traditional Berber tents. Through this immersive experience, you will not only get to observe a different way of life, but you will also get to eat lunch—Berber pizza.

After spending the late afternoon relaxing at the hotel, you’ll get ready for an incredible camel ride into the heart of the dunes to see the breathtaking sunset. After being greeted with mint tea at the camp, you may unwind in your cozy tents with individual restrooms and showers while taking in the stunning evening hues of the Sahara. Dinner arrives, and while you eat, music is performed by the company gathered around the fire, heightening the romantic ambiance of a starry Sahara night.

DAY 7: MERZOUGA – RISSANI – ARFOUD – TODGHA GORGES – DADS VALLEY:

Get up early today to see the spectacular morning, as the dunes come to life with an entrancing show of colors and shadows, to make sure you don’t miss this incredible sight. After breakfast, you will ride your camel back to Merzouga, where you will meet your driver and go to Dades Gorges.

Along the way, we’ll stop at Rissani’s bustling traditional market. On Sundays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays, when the market is held, its bustling streets are filled with a vibrant kaleidoscope of colors, sounds, and smells. After that, we go to Arfoud, where you may stop at a workshop that has petrified marble on exhibit. As we continue through the picturesque palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad, we will stop for lunch.

After that, we’ll drive to the Todgha Gorges. Gorgeous red canyons with steep sides by a river are perfect for rock climbing. Take your time discovering the gorges, meandering through the magnificent surrounds, and admiring the grandeur of the natural world.

We go to the Dades Valley via the Boumalne Dades road. See the well-known “monkey fingers” rock formations and a charming spot located on a mountain with stunning views of the Dades Valley along the way. Finally, round off the day with dinner and a stay at a hotel.

DAY 8: DADES GORGE – OUARZAZATE  –  AIT BEN HADDOU  –  HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS  – MARRAKECH:

After breakfast, we will go to Kalaa Magouna to see the rose valley. Visit the yearly Rose Festival in May, when individuals display their rose-themed decorations, oils, and perfumes. The palm groves of Skoura will be passed on your way to Ouarzazate. Visit the Ouarzazate film studios, the location of some well-known film productions.

The well-known Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a walled hamlet and UNESCO World Heritage Site, is our first destination on the schedule. This notable Kasbah has been used for film and television sequences in a number of productions, including Combatant, Alexander, The Mummy, and Diversion of Positions of Authority.

After seeing this well-known kasbah, we go to Marrakech via the Tizi-N-Tichka pass and the High Atlas Mountains. We’ll pause for lunch and to snap photos at scenic spots along the way. To complete the day, we stay the night at the Riad in Marrakech.

Day 9: LOCAL GUIDE GUIDED TOUR IN MARRAICE:

Following breakfast, take a local tour to see the “Red City of Morocco,” Marrakech. Along with your guide, you will visit many historically and culturally important sites, including as the well-known Jemaa El Fna square, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the Saadian tombs. In the afternoon, stop by the Majorelle Gardens and take a brief tour of the Koutoubia tower and Marrakech’s new city. Finally, take you to your accommodation. Jemaa El-Fna is yours to explore at your own leisure.

DAY 10: MARRAKECH – TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT:
