4 DAYS TOUR FROM MARRAKECH TO FES

DAY 1: MARRAKECH – KASBAH OF AIT BEN HADDOU – OUARZAZATE – DADES VALLEY:

On the first day, you will see Marrakech, the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate, and Dades Valley.
An early morning pickup from the airport or your Marrakech accommodation will kick off your 4-day tour to the desert, where you’ll traverse the Tizi-N-Tichka Pass and marvel at the High Atlas Mountains. Stopping to soak in the breathtaking vistas from a bird’s-eye view is an option along the way.

Our next stop will be at the world-famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. This walled city is currently on the UNESCO World Heritage List as a result of its designation as a World Heritage Site. Numerous films have used the Kasbah, including Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy, and many more.

Our next destination is to the Ouarzazate film studios, where many famous films were shot. After we finish lunch, we’ll go off to discover the Rose Valley, which will take us via Skoura and its expansive palm tree habitat. The night will be spent at Boumalne Dades, at last.

DAY 2 : DADES VALLEY – TOUDGHHA GORGES-  TINJDAD – MERZOUGA DESERT:

On the second day, you will go via Dades Valley, Touthagh Georges, Tinjdad, and Merzougha. DESERT: After breakfast, we’ll go on a tour of the Dades Valley. We’ll pull over so you can see the valley from above and the Dades gorges in all their glory. After that, we will continue to Todra Gorges. The mountains are carved by the Todra River, which forms a wide canyon flanked by massive red rocks.

There, you may enjoy a leisurely stroll while admiring the stunning scenery. Then we’ll pass through the palm-filled districts of Touroug and Tinjdad. Lunch will be an option on the way.

Finally, we’ve arrived at the Merzouga Dunes in Erg Chebbi! Once you’ve checked into your accommodations, we’ll enjoy a delightful dinner as traditional Berber music plays in the background. Guests may relax in unique and comfortable rooms while taking in the serene beauty of the desert at night at this hotel.

DAY 3: AN EXPLORATIVE JOURNEY OF THE DESERT – VISIT NOMADS – CAMEL TREKKING – OVERNIGHT DESERT CAMP:

We head to Khamlia village after a delicious breakfast, where you may listen to traditional Gnawa music set to mesmerizing rhythms. Our route will then take a detour via the dunes on an unpaved road, where we will stop for tea with nomadic Berber families. As part of this immersive experience, you will get the opportunity to have a delicious Berber pizza lunch while learning about a different culture.

Prepare for a breathtaking camel ride into the heart of the dunes to witness the breathtaking sunset after a relaxing afternoon at the hotel. The camp will greet you with mint tea, and then you may unwind in your individual tent with a bathroom and shower while you watch the Sahara come alive at night. As you enjoy your dinner under the twinkling Saharan stars, the band playing music around the fire will set the mood.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA – RISSANI – ARFOUD – ZIZ VALLEY – AZROU – IFRANE – FES:

On Day 4, you will go via Merzougha, Rissani, Arfoud, Ziz Valley, Azrou, Ifrane, and Fes.
Do yourself a favor and rise early today to witness the breathtaking morning, when the dunes transform into a mesmerizing spectacle of light and shadow. After breakfast, you will return to the Merzouga on your camel, where you will meet your driver and continue on to Fes.

Along the way, we’ll stop at the lively Rissani traditional market. On market days (Sundays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays), the streets come alive with a kaleidoscope of smells, colors, and sounds. The next stop on our route is Arfoud, where you get the opportunity to see petrified marble on exhibit in a workshop.

We continue our drive via the picturesque ZIZ VALLEY palm orchards and the central Atlas Mountains. Our next stop will be at Azrou’s cedar forest, home to a variety of playful monkeys. Then, you should go to Ifrane, which is commonly referred to as Morocco’s Switzerland, so you may see the beautiful town and snap some beautiful images. Take you to your accommodation in Fes.
